  What’s the point in ordering online if you come into the store and they take FOREVER to package your order, and in the meantime take at least 8 customers in line while you’ve been standing there. And if you ask about your order they will be rude and tell you it’s coming. Would have been better off ordering at the bar in person.

  Excellent customer service! The staff at CAVA was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. I really appreciated the great service and positive atmosphere. Definitely a great experience—I’ll be back!

  CAVA is hands down my go-to spot whenever I want a fast, healthy, and flavorful meal. The build-your-own bowls give you endless combinations, and the ingredients are always crisp and fresh.

  I almost never leave negative reviews. I truly prefer to highlight great service and support local spots. However, my experience today was deeply disappointing due to the staff's behavior. I am deaf in one ear, so I politely asked the employee to repeat or clarify a menu option to make sure we were ordering the right item. Instead of helping, she acted like I was bothering her and became visibly frustrated, eventually walking into the back without saying a word. Shortly after, the manager came out and was equally tense and rude, making me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's a shame because the food was actually good and the location was clean, but customer service matters just as much. Corporate really needs to address team communication and basic hospitality here.

  Slow service. Came in during normal lunch hours, they were out of 3 different proteins. I ended up getting chicken which I also had to wait for. The chicken was rushed, not cooked all the way. What a shame that Cava has gone down hill.
