  I love CAVA I come here at least 2x a week. I love the eggplant and the Skhug sauce. Jeffrey was my helper today:)

  The store was very clean and the staff were all very nice and welcoming. The food looks amazing as always as well!

  First time trying out Cava. Food was great! The idea is very much like Chipotle. fast-casual" assembly line restaurant. Unfortunately, my wife and I experienced terrible customer service here in The Kingstowne location.The lady checking us out had a terrible attitude. She rolled her eyes and made a remark to her coworker because we wanted to inquire about the seasoned pita chips. This was our first time trying out Cava so it was reasonable to ask (yes) We felt very unwelcomed and displeased. We will visit another Cava site next time.

  We all felt like we were being "gatekept" from... rice? When we started our bowls, the server gave us such a tiny portion that we had to ask for more. Instead of just scooping a normal amount, she added maybe half a spoonful more. It was like the rice was coming out of her own paycheck. To make it more awkward, she kept emphasizing to her coworkers in Spanish to charge us for "extra" rice, which felt completely unnecessary given how little was actually in the bowl. I wish I could show a photo of the base, but once the toppings are on, you can't even see how much she skimped us. She said “ charge them for extra rice” in Spanish at least 4 times. Super weird
