  My first visit to Cava was an absolute win, and I have to shout out Javier for making it even better. Walking in for the first time can feel a little like “okay…what do I do here?” but Javier made the whole experience smooth. He was super patient, incredibly informative about what pairs well together, and genuinely friendly the entire time. Not once did I feel rushed, which is rare when you’re clearly a newbie holding up the line just a little bit. Thanks to him, my bowl turned out amazing and I left feeling like a Cava pro. If every first time experience was like this, I’d be trying new places way more often. Give my guy a raise!

  i went in today around 10:00 pm 30 minutes before closing and the crew that was there was so welcoming as soon as we walked in. bri and elmer were really helpful with options since it was my first time there. will be coming back :)

  I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that is thanks to the manager, Marvin. He consistently provides excellent service and makes every customer feel welcome and valued. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stand out. It’s clear that Marvin takes pride in what he does, and it reflects in the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The service is always smooth, friendly, and efficient. Managers like him make a big difference, and it’s the reason I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a welcoming environment!

  This is one of the worst CAVA locations I’ve been to. The staff often seem inattentive and don’t listen carefully to orders. I used to think it was just a bad day, but this has been a repeated issue—even when it’s not busy. There have been multiple problems over time, but today was the worst. The employee forgot to add my sauce to the bag because he was watching a movie while ringing up my order. On a previous visit, they also forgot my sauce and added the wrong toppings to my bowl. I keep coming back because it’s convenient, but it’s frustrating to have to repeat myself and still receive incorrect orders. The consistency of these issues, no matter the time of day, shows a lack of attention and quality control. This will be my last visit to this location. I’d rather drive farther for better service. I also believe corporate should look into what’s going on here.
