We were the only people there on the ice cream side of the combined Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts. I stood there at the cash for a full 5 minutes trying to make eye contact with anyone there that could give us a scoop of ice cream. Completely ignored. We walked out of the store in disgust at the customer service. I told my 10 year old son to not put up with service like that and refuse to give them our hard earned money. Unfortunately we are stuck with this gift certificate now because I will not go back to that store.
