  I called to make sure they had what I needed. When I showed up,this Balducci doesn't stock it. Raad was the manager I spoke to before I left and he also was who was looking for it. We came from pretty far away.

  Just saw a mouse run around inside the store and go right to the prepared food section. Needless to say I left.

  Very disappointing customer service at the food counter. Whenever I asked about the different food items, the staff responded in an unwelcoming manner, as though I had done something wrong by asking questions. This has happened several times, and on my most recent visit, their attitude made me decide not to buy anything. The store itself is very nice, but the customer service at the food counter seriously needs improvement. Unfortunately, I may not return because of these repeated experiences.

  Customer:While i was checking out at the cashier the cashier was giving me a hard time to check out was gossiping in amharic i know the language so i heard her saying “she can speak english shes a liar” and said other messy things , im minding my business she cannot just do her job she didnt even go to her stand at the cashier she just stood away from where she should be standing with an unwelcoming face looking at me up and down so i proceeded to the check out the scanner didnt work so i went back to the cashier (her) since she was the only cashier standing i had no choice , she still stood there i told her to check me out ? She isnt moving to help mind u , she was huffing and puffing rudely so i sit this one out and continued pulling my phone out to pay and when i was walking out she said go get something i couldnt hear clearly she said “tuhhhh” and moved her hand (please check the camera) as a way of ridiculing me mind u again im being patient and minding my business im having a stressful day already this time i couldnt hold it in shes been rage baiting me i spoke up and told her what shes been talking about me i heard it all and verbally insulted me when i spoke up about her behavior where she was gossiping badly about me i over heard her talking mind u im just here to pick up an item scan and leave i wanted to report this incident and i will I have said nothing was minding my business she was just talking trash for no goddamn reason is there a way i can report this and i spoke up and left she was talking back at me saying “ur ugly , ur a donkey , ur stupid” when i raised my concerns her animosity was so random i was questioning her mental state? That was very random it i feel like she was baiting me to fight or something i had to walk away there is this gentle man that was next to her he did not stop her nor diffused this he was very helpful early on helping me with finding items but he was just standing there i had to walk away because i have some other things to do but this needs to be reported she is an ethiopian older lady standing at the cashier date august 18 around i came to pick up the order on 7:04 pm i got there around 9:20 - 10:00 pm i believe im wearing a gray top and blue jeans i will call corporate as well as this caught me off guard and completely messed up my mood this is disgusting and unprofessional please teach these employees to treat people equally i was suprised because i was from her home town i felt like she was entitled and comfortable to say something because of that reason
