  I called and ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza medium. One half green peppers and onion with no mushroom the other half green pepper only no mushroom. I get to the location and give him my name for my order. They told me I did not have an order placed. I then showed him my phone where I had called. They asked me what I had ordered. I told him and they told me oh it was under a different name. Totally opposite of what my name actually is. They hand me the pizza after I have paid for it. I checked the pizza to make sure it was correct. It was not. They had one half green pepper and onion with no mushroom. The other half onions only no mushroom. I told them that this order was not correct and they said that's what's on the ticket. I told them I cannot help what they put on the ticket. It is not what I ordered. They bring a manager to speak with me and I told him what was wrong with the pizza. He turns around and starts talking to his associate and turns back around and tells me there's nothing wrong with this pizza. I said yes the side that is supposed to be green peppers only has onions. He looks confused and he said. Can you explain to me what is wrong with this pizza? I don't get what you're saying. And I told him one side of the pizza is correct. The other side is wrong. It has onions when it is supposed to be green peppers. Then he proceeds to tell me. What do you want me to do about it.

  I placed a mobile order today at 4:30pm 04/17/26 it was just a medium pizza and 32 garlic bites I got there a little after 5pm and told them my name and that i had a mobile order for pick up and then I proceeded to wait in the dining area for and hour until I went up to the counter and that's when They acknowledged me and gave me my good which was cold as ice do that tells me that it was ready way before I got there I'm extremely disappointed because I love going there

  Very rude employee had two orders and they took payment for both the orders then tried to say the food hadnt already been paid for had to argue because employee wouldnt even look at the receipt or the computer

  We were deceived at this location yesterday. Their tv commercial says a large 2 topping pizza for $6.99. We had to buy 2 mediuns to get the $6.99 price. We also bought a large 2 topping pizza and we were charged $11+ with the tax.
