They said they were "too busy"..3 cars in the drive through and you can't take an order that you missed? That's a sad way to run a drive thru. Hopefully management sees this and corrects the issue

We got it home and we only had 8 pieces of chicken. We called and they said they would replace the chicken, friendly when we called. We get there today to get our missing chicken, day manager was very rude and gave us a 12 piece of chicken that included breast, wings, legs, and thighs. I’m totally fine with only receiving 22 additional pieces of chicken but for them to be rude abytgeir mess up and then to give us what we didn’t order. Ridiculous!! Won’t be eating there again any time soon.

I've been told since the restaurant opened "im sorry im short staffed" its been years and every time I walk into this restaurant they are under staffed entirely. This restaurant honestly needs to close and make way for a restaurant with decent management. If your the manager you should seriously step aside or need to make serious recommendations to corporate
