  We’ve literally been sitting at curbside pickup for over 30 minutes before going in to check on the order and they hadn’t even started it yet. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues waiting extremely extended periods for our food at this exact location. Something needs to be fixed. This is the worst McDonald’s to go to in the area. Not coming back again. I’ll drive 20 min anywhere else and still get home with my food quicker. I understand that things happen, but this is unacceptable. And this isn’t the only time.

  It is really bothersome to be waiting at the register and simply ignored by multiple employees, when you are actively trying to get there attention. Maybe they didn't speak English or maybe they were to involved in there current tasks, or just to wrapped up in their own conversations. But yeah they are successful at discouraging return business at their location.

  This is a very busy place, they run 2 lines, they're not very appreciative, and you still have to wait for your food, but they don't care, they know people want McDonald's, even though they just throw your food together. My auntie likes McDonald's food, that's why we were there.

  I had done a mobile order on the app. Then when I got there I sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes when I finally got up to the window to get my order first I got handed the wrong order then got handed another order that was supposed to be mine but it was not. Then when I get home which I only live a few minutes away and all of the food was cold and was someone else’s food. This is how it is almost every time I’ve gone to this location and it’s ridiculous…

  Absolutely baffling how bad the staff were Saturday night 4/19 @12:04am. They forgot to put the sauce in the bag. When I went back around to ask for some, they made me wait in the drive through line again. After finally getting to the second window, it took 15 MINUTES for them to realize what I ask there for. I was asked what sauce 5 different times, and instead of just handing me a few they gave me one at a time and then proceeded to give me a weird uncomfortable look. Like seriously, did the drive through attendant even communicate with the kitchen staff? Why was the drive through worker so slow and weird?? Do not recommend this location if that's the kind of staff they choose to hire
