  Brady was so fun and nice! i work at a coffee stand in washington so im used to so much variety and he helped me find something that was so delicious!

  Ive come many time normally I dont feel rushed and let thur the line but this time I felt like unwelcome, also the music is so loud you can't hear. The drink i ordered was a Chai Tea latte but what I got was milk with a hint of Chai tea. Unfortunately ill go back to other coffee shops moving forward

  Incredibly overstimulating atmosphere. I understand trying to have a good time at work and trying to put out "good vibes", but there's no reason to have music blaring loud enough that the employee can't hear my order correctly, when they're standing right next to my window! It frustrates people when they have to repeat their order multiple times, then the employee tends to become frustrated like it's the customer's fault. The coffee is decent, but not good enough to deal with the lack of maturity at this location. Also, why does it seem like the employees are always looking over their shoulders, like they're scared of whoever the manager is? One of the kids that helped me was acting like an exhausted French citizen as the manager walked around looking like Napoleon Bonaparte... I asked him what was wrong, and he said "oh that's just my manager"... I'll stick to Dutch Bros until I hear that things have changed here.

  It seems like it doesn't matter what shake or coffee drink we get..all that you can taste is vanilla with a tiny hint of caramel. I ordered the cookies and cream today and it looked and tasted like a vanilla shake, same with the rocky road. Would greatly appreciate it if you guys could start using more of the flavors! 😊 I want to be able to taste all the flavors not just vanilla.

  I always come here to enjoy a coffee however today the worker that attended me was quite rude! I’m subscribed to the rewards system and had a free drinks which I tried using! She kept on saying she didn’t see anything from her end which is completely fine. However, what’s not fine is how she would make me feel stupid and tell me to “keep trying to subscribe” and if “i actually receive text”. I apologize for taking a long time while trying to show her and she completely ignored me! Later after 5 minutes of back and forth she went inside to talk to her lead supervisor and came back with a rude face and said that they were going to give it to me for free however “I should keep trying and to make sure I was actually subscribed” whole time she attend me was with a rude rush tone .
