We ordered the 20 boneless meal deal and combo which was messed up because they made us the wings wrong and when we called the manager insisted she made our order right and made us come back to prove it at about 10 pm. After having the proof they promised store credit to make the whole order the next time to make it right, upon arrival our next time they refused to make the order and completely going back on their word to remake our order and give us store credit!!!! The manager kept fighting me on it saying she’s not supposed to give any help in the first place but she’s being “nice” by trying to only give use only the 10 wings, not only saying they are allowed to refuse making it right but also trying to give us the very lowest possible fix after making a promise as well as a written store credit written on the receipt with the words store credit and the manager!!! This location is a total mess and should honestly be shut down because this is the FIFTH TIME they have gotten things wrong and refused to make things right 😡😡😡

We were not in any hurry and knowing we had time we were able to look at the menu in detail. Once he was ready, he also offered the citrus mojo flavor and we really liked it! Thanks for being so polite even though you were going through it Alex. We hope your day went better and we will definitely be back.
