  Excellent Thai food! I got the massaman curry and the tom kha soup. Both were delicious! It’s a great clean and prompt restaurant. We were treated very well and had a pleasant experience.

  We visited TukTuks with friends who really enjoy this restaurant and wanted to share the experience with us, but unfortunately it ended up being very disappointing. My wife ordered the Drunken Noodles and specifically asked for spice level 1 out of 5. When the food arrived, it had visible hot pepper flakes all over it and was extremely spicy (see photo). Even the friends we were with, who had ordered the same dish in the past and are familiar with the restaurant, agreed it tasted more like a level 3 than a level 1. We politely explained that the dish was far too spicy for her and asked if it could be remade with less spice. The waiter refused and said there was nothing that could be done. We then asked if, since the dish was basically inedible for her, she could order something else instead. The waiter said yes, but that we would still have to pay for both dishes. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of concern from the waiter. He didn’t try to help resolve the issue or meet us halfway in any way. The attitude came across as “too bad,” which made the situation even more frustrating. The waiter no longer came back to the table to check on us or to give us the check after that point and sent other employees instead. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this experience left us with no desire to come back. We were hoping something during the interaction would convince us to give the restaurant another try, but after how this was handled, we’ll be going elsewhere.

  I'm pretty obsessed with this place and order a couple times a month. The Tom Ka and Pad See Eew are absolutely top notch! There's a staff member that's begun to recognize me and my order and he is just the nicest and most outgoing kid!

  This place did not disappoint! I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my food. The waiters were super nice and super helpful helping me select the right meal and right spice level! Must try!!

  Tuk Tuk's food is amazing! I got a take out order and it was ready very quickly. The portions are huge and I had a lot left over for other meals. I got medium spice and it was perfect.
