  I ordered my bday drink online and came about 5 minutes later & it was READY! Very quick & efficient! Thank you young ladies who worked July 4 morning!

  1st visit here. Heard great things. Smoothy was delicious. I tried the Sunrise Sunset. The consistency was amazing. Friendly staff.

  Placed an online order. It was supposed to be ready for pick up @414 pm. I was asked if I had an order. I said yes , it was online. @433pm i asked about my order. The girl got snotty and said it was with the door dash orders. She assumed it was door dash. No where on my receipt does it say door dash. I have never had such horrible service in here.

  Would love to speak to Bethesda's manager. After today's experience will never return to this specific location. This is the second time she has treated me with disdain last 2 times I was a door dasher. I also frequent this location as a customer and I repeat will never return because of her. Today she asked if she could help.i said I have 2 door dash orders. And she gave no response turned away. I figured busy very busy waited patiently. For 15 minutes. Mind you the orders had 3 items total. I finally asked another employee and they grabbed the order right away. When I attempted to get her attention she ignored me purposely looking and looking away. I returned to speak to her and she would not stop interrupting me. She needs to not be a supervisor. No name tag either.

  I have been to several locations and this one is just not up to the standard as the rest. My family visits a Tropical smoothie weekly but we have now been to this location 2 times and it has been disappointing. The first time the smoothies were not blended and didn’t taste the same as the other locations. I thought ok its a off day or a new person. We went again today and still the same problem. I have to eat the smoothie with a spoon because its not blended enough to go through the straw big chunks of fruit and ice. Also it just doesn’t taste the same as other locations. I don’t know if recipes are different or its just because its not blended but either way bummed out at this location.
