  I came here today for a smoothie, and the service was definitely incredible—I loved it. It’s delicious; I highly recommend it.

  I've been to this location atleast once to twice a week for the past few months. The smoothies are always great. Very good!!! Had food a few times, always okay in general. Not great not bad. Where this location lacks is customer service. The morning/day shift workers during the week just don't care about the customer. They almost seem annoyed to actually have a customer. I've stood at the counter waiting for an extended perioid of time while an employee cleaned a container or chatted with other workers. When they hand the orders out it's almost like here now leave. If it was just one time, I would not make a review about it, but it's the normal course here. Customer service is just not a priority for them at this site.

  My boyfriend and I came to get an açaí bowl and a blueberry bliss smoothie at 8pm. Mind you, they close at 9pm and two out of three of the staff is grouchy. A short girl with red hair and lashes comes and takes our order. My boyfriend CLEARLY mentions that he’d like an açaí bowl AND a blueberry bliss with extra banana. We get our bowl and ask her “where’s our drink?” She goes, “uh you didn’t order a drink” with HEAVY ATTITUDE and flashed the receipt in our faces. Come to find out, she put extra bananas in the açaí bowl instead and never registered the drink. I’d love it if you guys have better service and a friendlier environment!
