- ZSZed SugarcaneMay 13, 20261.0Accidently ordered for this location and immediately called them to cancel my order. The "manager" told me they couldn't do that. So I asked the manager of the taco bell I was at what to do and she looked at me confused because they're supposed to void the order. Called back and told her what the manager told me and she started screaming at me in spanish telling me how I didn't do nothing and I'm not getting my money back. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had

I don't know if the oil was extremely old or something was dumped into it. But all were inedible. Called and told the manager about it. He said he'll check it out and hung up on me.

There was literally NO customer service AT ALL!!! I had to ask for a rag to clean a table to sit down and eat!!! It was disgusting! The staff was rude and it was FULL of high school kids! Worst experience ever! And let's be honest.... it's not like they are cheap!!!! It was horrible! If I could give minus scores I would have given a negative 10!! 🥺 absolutely sucked!!!
