  Worst taco bell location, the one on 5600 is much more consistent in terms of quality. Recently ordered a naked chicken chalupa and the shell had been sitting there for at least an hour if not more, it was dried out and ice cold, the mexi melt was sticking to the wrapper because they wrapped it too tightly and didnt give the steam time to dissipate so I ended up losing half the toppings and the tortilla to the wrapper. This locations quality is absolute bottom of the barrel for taco bell and there's legitimate food safety concerns with how long they leave food out without replacing it.

  Only one person spoke English, and that was the gal at the drive through. We walked in, and due to no one but her speaking english, it was hard to not just walk out. We won't use the touch screens to place the order...WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Then when we got our order, the hard shell tacos fell apart; the shell just shattered on our hands... not happy. The only thing about this establishment, was it was clean, at least the front was. We will never go to this location again; however, I will be going to other locations, and I'll be watching for the same thing.

  Everything to the point of receiving my mobile order was good, but when I got home I was served an abomination of a taco. I paid $7 for two tacos. Even with that spoonful of meat the hard shell was still falling apart and soggy. I will not eat this, I want my money back!

  I made my name poop p and honestly felt pretty bad about it, when I went to apologize the employees were gracious and understanding 😊 and my friend also ordered an extra dirty Baja blast and your employee Brandon graciously made her a new new drink when her drink was not dirty and especially not even extra dirty Baja blast, thank you Brandon! Made my night 😁😁😁😁😁😍🌈🦄🐛

  This Taco Bell is over charging all the time. I ordered a crunchy supreme taco, which is 2.99 then I got my receipt and she added sour cream and tomatoes to it which was another 1.10. I did not ask for extra sour cream or extra tomatoes. She just added it on. She’s done this more than once on my orders. I was curious so the next night I went to another Taco Bell and order the same thing. The taco was 2.99. I will drive another five minutes to the other Taco Bell And past this one from now on. They always overcharge you on everything at this one. Finally caught on after a few orders. Now I know why this one is always empty.
