  went here at 8 pm, nobody working the drive through for 10 minutes so we left to go place a mobile order and waited for over 25 mins for two drinks. nobody was getting anything they were ordering and people were leaving.

  I've tried to be patient. I'm always polite when ordering. Despite this, I'm always served unsalted double fried pretzel sticks. They look mummified. I had this issue at another location before ultimately switching to here. Last time I specifically asked for them to be salted. The food came, unsalted again. The cheese cups, every single time, look like they've sat in someone's car for a month. All separated and borderline rancid. My last order was late night last week, and it's actually bothered me enough to warrant a review now. What do I have to do to get edible food anymore? I'm tried of burning gas and spending money on the idea of being hungry. What is the point if I don't actually eat.
