  Went to get drinks and I think the window girl is new. She didn’t get my order correct but she was happy to fix it and manager on duty did it with no extra charge. That manager is what we need to see; the patience to help customers get orders correct. Thank you!

  I went to Sonic with my friends tonight, and the picture with the two drinks is me and my friend who didn't tip. We only got drinks. I got a large Powerade, and she got a medium strawberry lemonade, I believe. As you can see, we were really disappointed because both of our cups were filled with more than 3/4 ice. I probably only got about 1/4 of the actual drink I ordered, and the rest was just ice. My friend even asked for light ice, but her cup still had almost 3/4 ice in it. The other picture with the single drink is my friend who tipped a dollar. His drink only had about 1/4 ice, which I don't understand. I don't know if the amount of ice had anything to do with whether we tipped or not, but it was definitely frustrating to see the difference. It's honestly really disappointing to go somewhere just wanting a drink, pay for a large, and end up with a cup that's mostly ice. I also asked if they do refills, and they said no, so now I can't even get more of the drink I paid for.
