  My family and I experienced the worst customer service at this Sonic compared to all the Sonics we have been to. There was no greeting when ordering our drinks. When ordering they rushed us and kept saying “what else?”. When we had our drinks brought to us there was no words exchanged, our straws were thrown at us. What they brought us was not explained so we could distribute the drinks to who ordered them properly. There was no thank you said to us. This restaurant is not welcoming. We tried going through the drive thru first but no one responded on the speaker. Terrible service.

  Every time I go through the drive through, they always mess my order up. Then, I try to correct them.And they argue with me about it. If you want shitty food and shitty service and your meal screwed up.Then by all means go here.

  Talk about a horrible experience. Im visiting from out of town and wanted to get Sonic as we don’t have it where I’m from. We pulled into a stall to order, waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order and then the machine shut down. We went to drive through instead where the girl on the intercom was rude and interrupted. We paid for our food and were told to pull into stall 13, but again with attitude. We waited 16 minutes and had to walk in asking what is going on and the lady just pushes the bag towards us and walks away. I did not get a receipt and I needed one. This was such a horrible experience and no reason for attitude to be given like we are a bother to be there.

  No one is selling a hamburger like they show on the tv. Big disappointment

  Extremely poor service. I showed them the receipt where they had charged me twice for the same item. Said he couldn't do anything about it. Then offered to charge me again. Will never go back there.
