  They gave us the wrong food. They repeated our order back to us. Called to let them no They said no manger was on site and to call back later. Did that and never got transfered to a manger

  Placed an order on the app for one peach slush and one water with raspberry and peach flavoring and lemon fruit. We pulled in to the pickup spot and waited for about 15 minutes. We had checked in on the app and double checked we were at the correct address. No one came out. Went to the drive thru and no one came on the speaker and took our order. Finally drove up to the window where a young man just stared at us. Told him the speaker seems to not be working, he continued to stare. Told him we had placed an order on the app and waited in the pick up spot. He turned around and there was our order just sitting on the counter. He handed it to us without saying one word. Looked like my water had no flavoring because it had sat so long it sank to the bottom. This was our second and last time at this location. The first time was through the drive thru where we had to repeat our order 5 times because they didn't seem to understand. Will not be returning.

  Idk why I keep coming back. I placed an app order and waited 25 minutes from arrival to get my order. This is not the first time this has happened. So frustrating they took out the speakers at the to go spots so I can’t call and check on if they even know I’m here. Never again.

  Very terrible experience at this location! I waited over 2 hours for my order and still didn't get it so I had to cancel the order! I honestly never had a worse experience at any place ever. The management is atrocious and seriously needs improvement. I hope that any potential future visit here is never this bad again.

  Well I was there for business picking up a drink and it seemed to take over a half an hour and the store was completely empty so to be blunt I would not suggest this store I mean I guess if you want shity customer service and you want to just hang out in the booth why the employees hang out together
