  Showed up with an order on the app it wouldnt let me check in so I go to a regular booth, takes over 15 minutes to even get them to even respond, see several other customers show up and leave before im even talked to. Order gets marked as picked up on the app which it wasn't, literally couldnt even get them to talk to me. Finally after pressing the button for what must have been the 10th time they rudely respond, don't even apologize for the wait or the app issues or ANYTHING.

  It isn't healthy food so I cannot rate it high. For what it is it is good. Loved the service and atmosphere.

  I'm just wondering why do you guys have a phone number on file if no one ever answers? It's a bit frustrating. I'm not trying to be rude I'm honestly just wondering. Thank you

  The only reason I’m doing a bad review is because this is the third time (recently) I’ve specified Coke Zero with the lime fruit, and got no lime. It’s the only reason I stop at sonic, maybe I’ll try the other location that’s actually in Kearns. Very disappointing

  Food is fine like always. Service is trash. We waited ten minutes at a screen after clicking the button just for the screen to shut off. Pulled through the drive through instead and the person taking the order was incredibly rude and wouldn't even let me finish my sentences. Just kept cutting me off and I had to keep correcting her. Then they pulled us through to a spot to wait for our order and we waited 15 minutes before going in to ask where our order was. She rolled her eyes and shoved the bag in my face without so much as an apology. Will never be back.
