I even left a tip that was more money than my own order. Now I wish I didn't leave a tip from how rude she was. I used to be a server and if I got that big of a tip I would've went above and beyond. I don't know what her problem was. I hope I don't see that member again. For now, I don't think I'm going back to this dutch bros.

- LLlilyMay 28, 20261.0We got to this Dutch Bros around 10:30 knowing they close at 11, so there was still plenty of time. The line was long, but we stayed because we always come here and usually like Dutch Bros. The problem is this location is always super slow and the staff are honestly rude most of the time. We sat in line for almost 30 minutes with cars in front of and behind us, and nobody even came out to take orders for the longest time. Then right at 11 someone finally came out just to tell us they weren’t taking any more orders. If that was the case, they should’ve said something way earlier instead of making everyone wait forever. They also said they’d give us free drinks through the app, but we never got anything. Super disappointing experience and definitely not worth the wait. Probably not coming back to this location.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
