  I ordered online. Got there 4 minutes after pickup time. 2 employees talking in the to-go area. They asked me if I was picking up. I gave my name, one pointed to the ticket, but said nothing to me. They went back to talking, and not doing anything. Two minutes later I asked if they were waiting on something??? They said they were waiting on the Chipotle Honey Chicken. I see chicken on the grill. 15 minutes later one from the back asks the chef about the honey chicken. The chef says he wasn't planning on making any. The guy says "well this guy is waiting on it" referring to me. They didn't even communicate to the chef they were out. Another 15 minutes to finish the chicken. When they replaced the empty chicken container in the steam table with the new one the employee says to the other "it's not hot", he says "what?", she says "the water", he says "what water?" she said "the water in the thing" referring to the water in the steam table. They were not very concerned that the equipment that is supposed to keep the food at safe temperatures was not actually hot enough to do so. They finished my order. I get home. I ordered the crunchy taco shells, but got the soft, which wouldn't bother me except it was on top of everything else. And because they made that part of the order 35 minutes before the rest and left it out on the counter most of it was cold and soggy. I threw it out. I'll never be going there again. And I would inform anyone that reads this the 2nd most common cause of foodborne illness is serving food kept at improper temperatures.

  Aids protein portions, basically all rice and beans but they charge you for the protein you get.

  Very clean lobby, restrooms clean and food is always fresh and super fast. Customer Service is awesome!

  This place needs new management ASAP. The food is great, but the wait times... I've been stuck for 20+ minutes both on an in-store and an app order. In both cases employees have just been standing around looking like they don't know what to do / how to get things back on track.

  A door dasher stole my order. I called the store to see what was going on or what I should do. They let me pick up the order and didn’t charge me for any of it. Superior customer service. They turned bad situation into a great one.
