- LNLindsey NJun 30, 20261.0showed up at 8:10, waited another 15-ish minutes until our order was done. The parking lot in front was nearly empty, and we had two workers ask us what our order was. When we were asked the second time, the initial worker was just standing to the side. We weren't told what was happening with our order, if something else needed to be prepared-- nothing. We finally got our order, the girl was really nice about it, we weren't that upset. About 5 minutes later on the way home I noticed the bag felt wet, I lifted it and it tore apart. Side of sour cream completely empty, the top not sealed in the slightest, all over my clothes, the car, the bag, and the burritos. Frustrating is an understatement

Surprisingly, there's no way to apply a gift card if I preorder on the app. Even the most mild dish is too spicy for me and my wife. Sorry, we are wimps when it comes to spicy. We want flavor, not heat. My wife tried adding ketchup to her tacos. Still too spicy. The staff was great, good service, friendly. Portions were satisfactory. Food quality was acceptable (except for the spice level).

- AAAnd aoneJun 2, 20261.0I came in last week and the place was mess. Don’t know how people can stand to even eat all of this nasty dry food either, 2nd of all management is horrible. I sat and ate my cold food and management was yelling left and right at their employees, which I felt was unprofessional considering it’s an open kitchen and overall completely rude. Do better! I used to love this location and these last few months it’s gone downhill and all over the place!
