I have been craving a good beef n cheddar, they are my favorite and it’s been along time since I’ve had one as I am working on budgeting and not eating out. I say this because when I do plan to eat out, it’s planned and a pretty special occasion to me. I was sooo excited about it. I pulled up to the drive through at this location and a lady said, “what can I get for you”? In a grump voice. I said one moment please. She said again in a very inpatient tone, “what can I get for you”?! I told her I was trying to decide and then I just left. Not sure why she was so angry, there were literally no other cars or guests inside or anything. You’d think she would be happy that the store was getting some sales. 🤷♀️

It seems like these workers are anti at someone.
I went through the drive thru, there were no cars in the lot, and nobody else in the line. It took them 10 minutes to make my sandwich (just the tree sandwich) then when they brought it out to me the sauce was so over the outside of the bun, and the worker who handed me the sandwich, didn't say a word to me. It seems like they're pissed off at someone on this store and are happy to take it out on the customer.

We went to Arby’s on Friday night. Not a single person was in the store. There was no one at the counter to greet us as we entered. There weren’t any customers, and there wasn’t anyone in the drive thru. We stood around for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come up front. We could see someone in the back. We raised our voices, and I even rang their bell. It wasn’t until we left and rang the bell again did we finally see someone come to the counter. Clearly Arby’s work ethic and expectations have hit rock bottom at this location!
