  This Taco Bell is completely unprofessional. I ordered a specific item off the app for pickup then I was told they couldn’t make it at the store. I was never refunded for it as well. They refused.

  I got a chicken quesadilla, and ever since ive been praying and i dont even believe in god. i am so sick, i have been vomiting for hours, never eating here again, especially after this much of a food poisoning incident. dont go here, and most importantly don't eat a chicken quesadilla.

  This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Taco Bell. Not only was my order made incorrectly, but they also completely left items out of the bag and the missing food happened to be my kids’ meals. By the time I got home and realized it, I was already 15 minutes away from the restaurant. When I called to explain the situation, I was told there was nothing they could do over the phone and that I would have to drive all the way back to have it corrected. After making the trip back, I was told the manager was not there, although staff said the manager was supposedly on the phone. They refused to provide the manager’s name and instead told me to call corporate or contact customer service. To make matters worse, the lobby was closed when I arrived. I went through the drive-thru, explained the issue at the window, and then was told I needed to come inside the lobby anyway after already waiting in line. The entire situation was handled poorly from start to finish. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. A manager is supposed to manage situations like this professionally, not avoid accountability and leave customers frustrated. Since the manager chose not to handle this properly, Taco Bell corporate will absolutely be hearing about this directly.

  This is hands down the BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The number one reason is because they actually fill the cups of cheese TO THE TOP! & the girls that work here are always so kind and my order is always accurate. This Taco Bell isn’t the closest one to my house, but I go out of my way to eat at this location because of their excellence. ✨🌮✨

  The Taco Bell app has some kind of bug which placed my online order incorrectly, I called and the manager told me she would remake my order for me. When I got there they refused to give me the correct order or help me in any way besides me placing another order. The girl at the window was sassy from the jump for no reason, I was trying very hard to be nice and understanding. And then the manager told me I would have to call customer service. So we left and I tried to call and they weren’t open. If customer service isn’t open at the very least your location should be helping your customers. I go to this location frequently as I live very close but I will not be coming back again. Now I have to wait until Monday to get any kind of help on a refund or anything.
