Went through the drive-thru at 7:30pm to get my family dinner and every time I asked for an item the worker who was taking the order was rushing the drive-thru saying anything else, anything else, anything else like i was an inconvenience on him for ordering food from a place he works at. He came off as very impatient and it almost made me just leave and not even order from taco bell. I was going to order more food but with feeling rushed we didnt get to complete everything that we wanted to order and ended up getting no sauces because we felt so rushed that we couldn't even ask for any and he didnt ask if we wanted any sauces. I have only had issues at this location either the order is wrong when delivered or going through the drive-thru or the staff is very rude. Every single time I go to this location. I live nearby and it is a place i love eating at but at this point I feel like I will have a better experience going to Dell taco right down the road. I hope the management can fix this location for the future but as far as this location goes I will not eat or recommend eating at this location.

When you order a chicken quesadilla they will automatically charge you the dollar for extra chicken even if you don’t ask for it. Yeah it’s only a dollar, but it’s sneaky and that’s just lame as hell.

Check your receipt before you pay before they changed my whole order to chicken and upcharged me when u specifically said beef. They also rounded up my bill and never asked and who knows why the hell that happened. I just called back and the guy said yeah whatever call tomorrow. So…I guess expect to pay a lot more for things you didn’t order!
