  You need a new general manager. She sat on her butt while all her workers were working on my mobile order, as I saw through the window. Check the cameras, you'll know I'm right. I can tell no one likes her considering the countless reviews about her. Food is mid, only good thing about sonic is the .50 corndogs for college students. That doesn't make it worth more than 1 star though.

  Ordered an Oreo cheesecake shake on 8/30 got home to find that it tasted sour almost like something in the shake was spoiled. The banana pudding shake my husband got was fine. The cup of ice cream was fine but I could not drink the shake I got. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly so mad.

  Horrible service, We went through the drive-through and couldn’t get any help. We went into one of the stalls and press the red button and got no help. We finally put a mobile order in and finally got some food. This place is horrible. I’ll never go here again.

  Overall my visit was pretty bad. I came for the free burger for downloading their app, so I ordered online and tried to pick it up at the drive through. I got sent to the stalls, but that’s no big deal. I ended up waiting like about 20 minutes for them to bring my food out, and there were at least 4 people who arrived before me and were still waiting after I left. After they brought my order out, I sat in my car for a couple minutes just finishing up something on my phone and a different worker came up to me and told me they gave me the wrong stuff. I opened my bag and asked them what was wrong, and they reached in my bag, grabbed an item out, and swapped it for something else. I then saw them proceed to bring that item to a different customer😵 I just decided to leave and get home to eat, and the food was pretty bad. I got the all American burger, loaded tots, a loaded hotdog, and a chicken wrap. The cheese is like that American plastic cheese, and all the veggies were not very fresh. The hotdog wasn’t grilled or cooked very well, and the tater tots were soggy at best. I tried to give my dog some of the tots and the hotdog and she wouldn’t eat them either. Very disappointed about this visit, as this is the first time I’ve ever tried sonic. I can see why they’re giving free burgers to download their app. 2/10 would not recommend
