  customer service was horrible and my shakes were rotten! i got an oreo cheesecake and it was liquid and not thick and tasted completely rotten horrible!!

  I had not been to Sinic in several years, I happened to be in the area and thought it would be nice to grab a chili cheese dog for lunch. The wait wasn't long, the price was right but DANG that young man who brought my order out totally made my day. He smiled and was very fast and friendly. Not overly talkative just very pleasant. Most of the young kids these days don't seem happy to work or to help you but this young man is doing an excellent job! Thank you!

  Was on speaker phone while my sister was going through drive through, employee called her out for leaving a bad review and did not ask at all how they could make it right. The orders are consistently wrong, they should be asking their team why they’re getting bad reviews, not confronting customers with no resolution.

  I swear the morning staff doesn’t read the order tickets. I ask for no ice in my drinks because I’m not a huge fan of ice, and maybe half the time they actually get that right. And then if I ask for light ice, they usually jam it full to the point where you get like maybe four sips and your drinks empty. I get an Oreo shake and add strawberries and bananas to it and rarely ever do those ever make it into it which sucks because I paid extra for those. I use the app every time so I know it’s not me forgetting to add or change anything on my orders. Seeing all these other reviews, I think it’s time that corporate comes in and takes a look to see what’s going on, because this is not good business. After looking at all the other reviews, it seems that they’re all pretty similar. It’s sad because sonic is delicious and such a great company, but they need to clear house before this place goes under. Something is clearly wrong here. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location as I can’t be wasting money on things I’m not receiving nor happy with. I wish you all the best and I hope you guys can step up and get things figured out and make the changes needed to start getting five-star reviews. Warm regards, Sydney

  This Sonic takes the ‘fast’ out of fast food. I believe this location to be severely understaffed - I never see more than 2 employees coming in and out of the doors at any time. It’s the only reason I could understand for why our drinks or food take 30 minutes every time. The staff themselves have always been kind to me, it’s the wait time that frustrates me.
