  Excellent beverages, better than soda places like swig. I used to roll up and cry in the stalls whole they served me popcorn chicken. They never once judged me. My wife, Janet, had left me for her coworker, Mark. He weighs 200 pounds less than me and is a hundred thousandaire according to her. At least I get to see the kids on holidays

  The chicken tenders that I ordered were delivered to me raw. When I called into the store, the employee that I talked to started making fun of me to their coworkers. Thinking that I was on hold when I clearly was not. The manager who was working that shift got on the phone using a fake voice, and when I explained the situation they put me on hold. Got back on the phone a few minutes later and asked “ What would you like me to do? either make you new chicken or refund you?” When I asked for a refund, he said OK and immediately hung up on me

  Extremely poor communication to the customer. Attempted to get an order at one of the stalls but the order never came up on screen and didn't give me an opportunity to pay. Ended up going through drive thru and when they brought out the food, a very unkind employee asked if I had ordered at a stall, I said yes, and she proceeded to say that they don't take payment at the stalls. There's zero signage telling me this and they did not say anything about it the two times I pressed the button at the stall. Food was meh, but the communication was God awful.

  When I ordered at a stall, the order never got put on the screen, and immediately went back to the opening screen, never asking for a payment. I ordered again, and it happened again. I went through the drive thru and ordered, and when they brought that food out, a very rude employee asked if I already ordered at a stall, and I said I did, but it never got put on the screen or asked for payment. She said they don't take payment at the stall and I pay when they bring the food out, even though there is a tap to pay on the stall. No signs or anywhere to share this information.

  Don’t come here. I had a poor experience here which is sad because I used to love Sonic and hate to leave bad reviews. It was slow, I didn’t get what I ordered, they were understaffed, the prices for what I got wasn’t worth it. Why is there not more people in the kitchen or taking out orders? Why is it there’s only a few people working at a time? Why is it the only people taking out orders are people who are very young?
