  Placed an online order and arrived when the order was supposed to be ready. Order board above register stated 5 orders and my order were ready, I was ignored at the register along with 5 other individuals for over 10 minutes. We all asked for an update and were told 5 minutes to which we all sat around for another half hour before our food was ready. Everyone asked for some sort of refund for our longer than stated wait but were denied. Watched 2 younger gentlemen who were supposed to be preparing the food play around with each other and on their phones more than actually preparing food. Suggest another location or franchise over this one

  Es un espacio grande y agradable para compartir y la atención a la mesa es muy completa con platos y cubiertos creo que es el único Pizza hut que puedes comer allí mismo 🍕

  I ordered a pizza with extra bbq sauce and grilled chicken. When I got it I couldn’t even taste or see the sauce. It wasnt good. Definitely going to be going to Dominos for future cheap pizzas.

  Staff had poor English skills and was very unmotivated. Plenty of free eye rolls. music was loud. Would have given 5* but for music and service. Usually I love this place but not today.

  Terrible. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were completely flipped in the box. The sauce and all toppings were smashed into the side and top of the box. We called the customer service line 5 times and they would say they were transferring then would disconnect. The pizzas were literally un-eatable! The worst service I’ve ever had. We had to go to the store to talk to a manager. We literally just wanted to eat dinner and not deal with terrible service at the store and with customer service. 0/5
