  Pretty disappointing experience. Stood at the counter forever waiting to be helped. The DoorDash drivers kept coming in and butting me out of the way. Then, the person who helped me barely spoke English, so I almost didn’t get the right food. Also, they nickel and dime you for everything here! You can’t even get red pepper flakes without an extra charge.

  What's better than a dine-in, sit down, relaxing pan pizza experience? Nothing! Because there is no better pizza! Then a fresh hot pizza, right from the pan!

  Ordered 3 pizzas in the morning for to be ready that evening. Got notification online that the order should be ready get to the store only to be told that my Ordered was canceled because it arrived in the morning, despite it having a clear pickup time of 530. Would not recommend to anyone who values their time.

  The last three times I have ordered from this location have been incredibly disappointing. Three months ago I got a pizza that was completely missing toppings on some slices and was obviously hapharzardly placed in the box. I called to let them know the issue to which they said they would issue a refund... they never did. Last month I ordered a pizza that was more crust than pizza and had the wrong toppings. I called and expressed my frustration to which they said they would issue a refund and credit... they did not. Tonight I ordered another couple of pizzas, one had the wrong toppings and crust. I called to let them know that this is the third time this has happened. They said that they will issue a refund tomorrow when the manager is in... I told them I was skeptical they would follow through as they have yet to do so from the last two times. I also asked for a credit on my account which they agreed to doing. I wish I could recommend to go to this location, but this is seeming to be a consistent thing... 1, 2, 3 strikes they're out unless they make things right.

  I’m more frustrated with the lack of communication. It’s impossible to get ahold of someone at the store and not some call center. I went a few weeks ago and I got a personal pizza and breadsticks. The sauce I received was the spicy marinara. Double checked my order I didn’t mess it up on the app. No I did not. Tried to call the person said they would connect me to the store. It rang once and hung up. I sent an email yet to hear back. Figured it was just a mix up. Accidents happen. Just wanted to make sure they were aware of it. Placed another order and the breadsticks were so thin and did not taste good. Tried to chat with someone on the website. They said someone would reach out soon. That was almost 2 weeks ago now and nothing. Almost every time I order from this store something is wrong. I finally said something and can’t even get any communication.
