  Took my kids in today for pizza and the man working rang us up without gloves, which is expected, and then proceeded to make the pizzas also without gloves. That's so gross. He touched all the food and toppings with his bare hands after touching the cash register.

  The employee made up a “rule“ that I must have a green Uber Eats bag to pick up pizzas. This is not true, this has never been true, I’ve been picking up from Pizza Hut for years. My insulated bags are documented in my Uber Eats app and you Pizza Hut have requested to allow Uber Eats to partner with you Uber Eats has verified my insulated bags. I am Uber Eats pro diamond the top tier the best in the class you are creating a problem with service. My bags are more professional and I am not required again to have a green Uber Eats bag. This is a made up rule.

  Extremely disappointed! It had been several years since we last tried Pizza Hut, so we decided to give them another chance. We ordered a family meal for pickup and arrived a few minutes before the completion time. When we checked in, the employee at the front counter told us it would be about five more minutes until our order was ready. Unfortunately, that five-minute wait turned into 25 minutes. After waiting all that time, we were simply told that they would need to remake our order. No explanation was provided, and there wasn't even an apology for the inconvenience. At that point, I asked to cancel the order, but was told they couldn't do so without manager approval. The entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. The staff appeared inadequately trained, unable to complete basic tasks, and incapable of preparing orders correctly the first time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

  Terrible service, horrible manager, rude. Ordered boneless wings and they smelled old tasted old. Called the restaurant asking for a credit. The manager was a hispanic lady and was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. She insisted we did not buy the pizza there at her place and tried to hang up on us. We said we know we came and bought it there because we walked in and bought it there. Nope, you’ve got the wrong store. Tried to hang up. We told her we have the right store. We drove there ourselves and picked up the pizza. She said no you got the wrong store. Finally we tried to tell our name what time we ordered it. She still yelled over the top of us and said we didn’t order at her store. Finally after 10 minutes of her yelling at us we finally got her to look at the names that ordered at 9 o’clock the night before and told her our name she said nope we’re not on there I tried to hang up. so we asked her to read the names and ours was one of them. She said she would credit our account but never did. Pizza Hut should give us a credit for the entire order. She was condescending rude and basically told us we were lying.

  I came here because i got some free pizzas so i added some wings & fries. BAD 1-Boneless chicken wings not worth eating, even after buying! The buffalo sauce was like straight vinegar, luckily the "wings" (an expensive name for chicken nuggets- tho not as good or big) weren't covered in them, just sitting in a pool of sauce at the bottom...cajun tasted better but most were still hard and gross, and actually WAY SMALLER than chicken nuggets! Why are they SOOO expensive! And to get ACTUAL wings, that don't have an inch breading It costs an extra $1 EACH!!!! why???????? 2- free personal pizzas had ultra thick doughy dough. 3- website is not friendly -had to order twice ("lost" the first order) and not clear what your getting. GOOD 1- large free thin crust pizza was delicious! 2- cajun fries were also delicious 3- they were quick. Prob wouldn't go again, unless getting ONLY the free pizzas. (And than making them thin crust)
