  Twice now I’ve gotten a happy meal and it didn’t have fries. I should know to just look by now, but shouldn’t have to. The other McDonald’s in the area never have this issue. With how much they charge for a happy meal, the least they could do is give the few fries supposed to come with it.

  I had already decided to stop visiting for lunch or dinner hours as they always mess up the order but I thought they couldn't mess up breakfast. Turns out they absolutely can mess up breakfast. Ordered 2 sausage egg cheese McMuffins and a sausage McGriddle with no cheese. The muffins were both missing the egg. The McGriddle came with cheese and was bacon instead of sausage. I also ordered an Arnold Palmer drink and they didn't put any lemonade in it either. They basically screwed up the entire order. Sent a message to McDs and all they did was say they would let the store know and hoped to see me back soon. Never again even for breakfast. Edit: Seems that McDs responded in an attempt to seem like they care but obviously didn't read the part of the review stating that I had already tried contacting them.

  There’s a McDonald’s every 2 or 3 miles apart from each other in this valley and I’d be happy to drive to any of them to avoid this one. Done with being asked to pull forward to be given cold food, or the wrong order, or missing items. The consistency at this location is them being trash at service and consistently providing cold food at an inflated price with an attitude. Bye!
