- WJwesley jindaApr 14, 20263.0I recently ordered here in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the second window, the lady gave me a breakfast burrito, and not my actual order. I asked for my other food and the lady proceeded to say, “why did you say yes to the burrito if that’s not yours”. She gave me my Diet Coke along with that, so I assumed it was mine. She then proceeded to say give me the burrito and she took it so aggressively. I don’t know why McDonald’s customer service seems to be just the worst out of any one else’s customer service.
