- DFDarrin FryJul 26, 20261.0Do NOT do an online order here. You will get notified it is done, and then wait twenty minutes while they actually prepare it. It takes them two minutes to make a sandwich - there is no reasonable reason an order of six sandwiches should take 45 minutes to make. Twice I was told the order would be ready in "one minute." To punctuate the lack of service here they forgot one of the six sandwiches. On top of that, the owner was removing cardboard boxes from the space above the food prep area with a pole, knocking visible clumps of dust and cardboard down into the food. Avoid this jimmy johns and do any other location.
- THTyler HessJun 25, 20261.0Ordered 2 sandwiches and they delivered in 45 minutes. You can’t have a business model of “freaky fast” if it takes you 45 minutes to deliver a couple of sandwiches. The shop is 5 minutes up the road. I noticed a voicemail on my phone after the order arrived and it said they would throw in something extra for the inconvenience of being late. Looks like they threw in some extra mustard packets. Wow, thanks!
