- AAAmanda AnayaSep 30, 20261.0My point of view: I ordered an energy drink the lady decided her self to put cold foam in it when I didn't order cold foam being allergic to dairy and i had to pay extra for it. The menu states nothing about having to have cold foam in your drink the last stated she doesn't know why i had to pay extra but it comes that now. Horrible i threw my drink in the trash. So upsetting. Oh well it is what it is lesson learned and won't be going back. Place is nice though. Service is bad. Also ordered a pumpkin coffee that tasted like black coffee no flavored.

At least the hash browns were fine, then again can’t really mess up ready to fry frozen potatoes. I’ve never been compelled to leave a review but I’d suggest you just go somewhere else or make coffee at home, I wish I would have.

There have been multiple occasions where my order was made incorrectly. Unfortunately, there seems to be a significant communication barrier, which makes it difficult to explain or correct an order, and as a customer, that becomes extremely frustrating when it happens repeatedly. Today, my order was wrong yet again. I politely brought it to their attention because I wanted to have it corrected. Instead of helping me, several employees gathered together and began talking among themselves. The coffee they had originally made incorrectly was taken back, opened, and I was then told that I needed to pay again for my order. The employee who originally took my order, a woman with braces, was particularly disrespectful. She repeatedly told me, “Next time, order it right,” which I found extremely rude and completely unacceptable. I was not being difficult—I was simply asking them to correct an order that they had made incorrectly. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service at Dutch Bros and other coffee shops. Unfortunately, Dunkin’ is only about a minute away from me, but even though this location is convenient, it is not worth being treated this way.
- LBLuis BurgosAug 16, 20261.0Regular at this Dunkin and somehow got charged for everything I didn’t get, ordered a large drink and paid for a large but gave me a medium and ordered a meal deal but they gave me everything for the meal deal but charged it all separately and forgot to even give me the rest of my order. The amount of money lost for things I order but never get is insane. Will be my last day going to dunkin and I’d advise anyone else to save their time and just go somewhere else
