- CSCollin stuhlJul 22, 20261.0The quality of the food was mediocre at best, and the portion sizes… it’s been so sad to watch the downfall of this brand; and in particular this location. For nearly $40 my wife and I received the smallest portions that I have ever seen from a Chipotle location in my life. I’m not kidding, this burrito was the size of a kids meal at most other restaurants. I’ve been a loyal customer for decades at this point, and today that streak has been ended. Costa, cafe rio, and many other competitors right around the corner will actually fill an entire burrito for you, and at 1/2 the cost. Stop serving your customers like the cashier is paying for your margins out of his own pocket. If you want to win your customers back, go back to your old serving sizes. Your stock price has fallen to the lowest price in almost a decade… geez wonder what that could possibly be about.
