  The older Hispanic lady that took my order at the counter inside had phenomenal customer service. She was very nice and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed 10 out of 10 not only is the food good but the people are amazing as well.

  Had 2 different bad experiences somewhat close together. 1st time I ordered a nuggets meal in the drive thru, but I only got the nuggets and drink, not the fries, and I didn't get a receipt, so I didn't even know if I actually paid for the fries and didn't get them, or if they only charged me for the stuff I got. The other time we had a bigger order, but we were missing a sandwich. They did give a receipt this time though, and we went back and got what we were missing, but it took them longer to get us that single sandwich than it took us to go through the drive through originally. I have no idea how that works. They did give us a free brownie though, which was nice. No issue with the food quality, and they get your food really quickly, and the staff are nice and understanding. They've just gotten my order wrong 2 out of the 3 times I've been here recently. Maybe I'm just unlucky though.

  The female manager with the glasses has terrible customer service and it just rude. Not at all the way I expect a manager to act. Won’t be back.

  Roxana got my whole order wrong. She was definitely new and whoever was supposed to be training her wasn’t helpful at all. I ordered four piece chicken strip meal and I got a grilled sandwich. I ordered two diet Dr Pepper spins and I got two diet Dr Pepper‘s and then we asked if we could get our correct drinks and they made us pay for it and then we only got one of them. Parker wasn’t helpful at all either because we literally told him what had happened with the drink situation and nothing changed. Truly, if you’re gonna have new hires, maybe have someone actually train them properly.
