- KSK SApr 29, 20261.0This location is terrible, something wrong with my order every single time I go here. Today however takes the cake. Girl handing off food at the second window CLEARLY didn’t want to be there. Didn’t say one word to me the entire time, no smile, nothing, just looked extremely pissed off. No straws for our drinks, no sauce for our two chicken nugget meals, fries tossed upside down in the bag. So I call to let the manager know like hey this girl is TERRIBLE at her job, I don’t want comps just figure a good manager would like to know. I asked to speak with a manager, whoever answered the phone responded “who’s this?” Like my name would be familiar or something I guess? Anyway..she then claimed to be the manager and still wouldn’t state her name. I’m sure I didn’t even talk to the manager and it very well was the worthless employee I encountered. The employees here SUCK and it was obvious they know they SUCK when I called and was met with immediate pushback and attitude. They’re showing why they deserve the chump change they’re getting paid.

- MKM KApr 14, 20261.0This is a really BAD McDonald’s! Cold food, always missing items from your order and the employees are just down right MEAN! You can tell they work in a hostile environment! Check your receipts! They consistently charge you an “up charge fee” without your knowledge to increase your ticket! Bad business practice!
