We do not have a food truck or restaurant, instead we have a large smoker trailer.
We come to you to make your event a "rockstar" event with delicious smoked meats,
fresh sides, and great service. Poppa Naps has been around six years and in that time we have become well known with many people around Las Vegas and beyond.
We hope to get to know you and provide you with the best barbecue you've ever tasted.

Please inform us of any food allergies - we are very accommodating. We do not use BBQ sauce on our Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, or Chicken. There are many vegetarian side options available. We reserve the right to modify prices and availability of any menu item at any time. UPDATE: Due to the consistent rise in grocery prices, Poppa Naps had to keep up by slightly modifying the menu price. We appreciate your understanding.
