I selected the first time listed since I’d been advised that pickup times aren’t strict when I called the year prior for a similar order. When I attempted to pick up the order though the drive-thru at about 9pm, I was told it wasn’t there. The store staff offered me the option to pick a different pre-made cake. I politely explained that my order was a custom birthday order and requested a refund. The employee asked me to come inside for assistance. Upon entering the store, I had to wait several minutes while the employee spoke to a supervisor. Although I’d already shown the employee my order confirmation, they kept reviewing it and relaying information to establish blame for the order not being ready. When the employee finished the phone call, they explained they don’t know why the cake wasn’t ready (I never once asked for an explanation), stated the parts to assemble the cake were in the back (never offered me the piecemeal items, which I would have accepted but was too thrown off by the whole situation to ask for them), “reminded” me my pickup time was earlier that day (the cake wouldn’t have been done that time anyway 🤷🏼♀️), and that my card would be refunded in 3-5 days. I feel like being asked to go in the store and being “reminded” of my pickup time was a way to shift blame and demean me when I was only ever patient and calm. Why not just apologize, refund the card, and figure out where things went wrong without making me a part of the latter if I didn’t ask for an explanation?Will not return and will not recommend!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
