  Completely incompetent is how I would describe the front end staff. I did an online Order and they did not have 1/3 of my order in stock. Even though it let me purchase it online. I declined their substitution. When I got to the store, the substitution I declined was still on my order. And I was charged an additional $12. When I tried to get this corrected and get something else besides the horrible substitution with additional cost, nobody in the front end knew how to do that. It took A very nice lady from your bakery or deli department. I do not remember her name, to come over and tell them what to do. And they were still oblivious. In the end, I got a refund that I will not see for 3 to 5 days. Because that is the only thing your front and staff knew how to do and they barely knew how to do that. You need to give the short lady with curly hair in the bakery or deli department a raise. And the kid in the front with the long hair, a drug test. This was my first online order with you. And it will definitely be my last!!

  I arrived at the store to pick up my prescriptions as they told me 2 days prior that I could pick them up today at 9:00 a.m. and I didn't need to call ahead of time . Sure enough I arrived and the pharmacist did not arrive until 9:07 and then by the time they got all the windows open and employees in the door it was 9:10 and I gave them my name and they said that they had to count all my pills again apparently and it was going to be another 10 minutes so I mentioned to them that I had to be somewhere at 9:30 and the pharmacist, who was the late one that had to open the doors, just argued with me instead of apologizing she actually argued with me about exactly what time she arrived late! I couldn't believe it! Anyhow I decided to take my scripts out of there they don't seem to care about their customers. I had to catch a shuttle for Las Vegas at 9:30 and I missed it because of them. But the thing that made me the most angry is that the pharmacist didn't even apologize, she just argued with me when she was the one that was in the wrong! Crazy if I just would have gotten an apology I would have been fine but the fact that she argued with me just made me really really angry. Apparently she needs to take some classes on how to treat a customer.
