  Online showed 0 minute wait, we arrived at 4pm and were told we have to wait 1.5 hours. Sitting in the lobby and we have not been approached by any servers, front desk keeps pushing back the time and telling us "everyone is waiting this long" obviously not true. Staff seem completely disinterested in our business. Don't care whether we stay or go.

  Always fun, the dumb games make it fun for everyone, even if you dont golf. I feel quilted into getting food and a drink, because you do have an employer serving you regardless. It gives me something to tip for.

  My family and I came for a group activity at topgolf which was catered and we had a fabulous time. The food was fantastic and much more than the bagels I was expecting. We had a great time playing the different games that were available. Even though my kids couldn't hit the ball as well as the adults, the game that we played is set up so that everybody does well. I actually think the little kids beat the adults. Definitely going to go back.

  ​We visited on a Saturday and quickly learned that this is a high-demand time. Since all the stalls were reserved, we were told that the only way to play with the kids later that day was to book a reservation online. While still in the lobby, I secured a slot for five hours later, though the system only allowed for a 90-minute booking. At the time, management explained that one-hour slots weren't an option unless you held a membership, and that the time would fly by anyway. ​However, when we returned for our reserved time, we noticed walk-in guests being offered the exact one-hour slots we were told didn't exist for non-members. While the manager did eventually recognize me and honor a one-hour request, the initial experience felt a bit like a "hard sell" for a membership rather than a clear explanation of store policy. It's a bit disheartening to feel like you're being "upsold" when you're just trying to enjoy a Saturday with your children. * Atmosphere: Walk in to a bar and restaurant.   My friends and I had a great experience here thanks to Sam, from Bend, OR. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaged. She made sure drinks were spot-on and never left anyone waiting long, even when things got busy. What really stood out was how present and helpful she was offering great recommendations and checking in at just the right moments without being overbearing. Sam brings a level of professionalism and warmth that really elevates the whole atmosphere. Would definitely come back for that kind of service.
