- WJWylee Jones4 days ago4.0I love it here but they recently removed the physical menus and for me personally I prefer a physical menu over having to scan a QR code especially for my parents that had never been to TG and were struggling trying to figure out how to order food! social interaction is so important and pushing online menus pushes ppl to online order which takes away from interactions with servers! please bring back physical menus!

We brought a group of more than 120 people to watch the Argentina match together, celebrate, and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff treated us exceptionally well, making sure everyone felt welcome and had a great experience. We were able to enjoy the game in an incredible environment, and the team even supported Argentina along with us, which made the experience even more special. A special mention to Sammi, Kelsey Luukas, and Bella for their outstanding service and support throughout the event. Highly recommended! We can’t wait to come back.

Chailyn exceeded our expectations fully. she made sure that we were comfortable, The food was perfect, she even accommodated for gluten free. Our drinks were always full and Chailyn made the environment very welcoming. The event was so much fun due to her amazing service. I would recommend coming to the vineyard location it is clean and the food is top notch.
- WWWes WombleJun 19, 20261.0We had a membership but cancelled it after our experience last night. We have loved Topgolf in the past (thus the membership). I wanted to unwind after a long day at work and take the kids to Topgolf for a fun time (as is usual) and good food. We were in bay 134 the ball was not tracking, and we told the bay attendant 3 times but she didn't listen to our concerns and brushed us off. My wife went and found someone else to tell. They sent 2 people over in orange shirts who looked at things and said that the ball wasn't tracking because our kids weren't able to hit it high enough at this bay for the equipment to track the balls. That recommended we should move to another bay. We agreed and asked if we could do that. The bay attendant was told. My kids were not able to play and became upset. The older kids began fighting and continued to try to hit the balls and play but, no luck. The little ones, 4-year-olds and 5-year-olds, began to cry. By that time we had around minutes left in our bay time. I was worried about all the other paying customers around us and didn't want to ruin their experience. So I took the kids out to get them out of there and on my way out the bay attendant said, " Oh, are you going to your new bay." I told her "we weren't we didn't know if we had a new bay." My wife and older kids stayed to pay the bill and then cancelled our membership on the way out. The system tracked 70% of the balls I hit, but for the 5 other people in my party, it only registered 3 or 4 balls of their 100's of attempts. We felt mistreated because we had kids with us. We felt like they were discriminating against our party for that reason. The managers and employees were waiting us out until our time was up so they didn't have to move bays. The food is always good but, we don't only come for the food. The experience made us give the 1 star review. We were planning to get dessert there and potentially book the bay for another hour but left and went to another establishment for dessert and and somewhere else for entertainment for the rest of the night.
- SNSamuel NoyesJun 1, 20263.0Let’s just be honest, if you get put in XAI’s section ask to be moved. She hands down just provided us with a horrible experience at a place we typically love. Let’s set the stage myself, 2 step sons, wife on the way to meet us for her lunch break. Right out of the shoot she was not welcoming and made even going over the rules awkward. This is for later but part of the rules speech says nothing out tees, just keep that in your back pocket. I let her know my wife was meeting us for her lunch break and would like to get the ball rolling on her food but when she gets here please check her ID so she can get a drink before she has to head back. (Yes her boss knows) Wife showed up Xai clearly sees me and sees her and decides to start clearing tables… ok no big deal, it shouldn’t take long. She gets done and comes over to get her drink order, I’m thinking ok all good but seriously there was no one else there it could have waited to place the order, whatever blow it off all good. We place our orders and I ask about the chicken sandwich if she had it and how was it, her response was it’s popular…………. Weird not what I asked, but whatever, I order it, the kids order their food. Food comes out and everything on the sandwich isn’t there except for the chicken. Her and the guy who brought the food out talk and she says to me they must have got the wrong one. …. Crickets (just looking at me)…. I say can I please get everything that’s missing brought out I want to try this sandwich as it’s presented in the menu. She says sure and walks off as if I’m the problem. She brings everything out that’s missing, and let me tell you that’s a damn good sandwich for hitting golfballs. 14 minutes left I grab my driver from my golf bag, get a ball to come out of the machine and surprise Xai comes up and wants me to settle the check. I tell her there is 14 minutes left let’s do that at the end we are in the middle of play. She clearly has no golf manners, not that I do either but damn let people play, if you not going to ask if we want to stay (she didn’t)…. Here comes the tee thing! I swap out the tee like we have been doing the entire time! Mater of fact Eve time we go we swap it out because the ones there are beat to hell. I have had more wait staff there tell me how smart it is to bring the set to swap than I can count. But not Xai, she tells me with 12 minutes left I can swap the tee because it would allow people to hit over the net……….. wow. I hate to tell you but you could give me a goofball cannon and I’m never getting a ball over the net. Matter of fact there isn’t any one in Utah with the exception of Tony Finau who can get a ball over the net and I don’t care what tee they have. Whatever I swap it back to the busted up stock tea that barely holds the ball, and cast side, Mighty that’s the same size as theirs to finish off this epic experience Xai has provided us. Five minutes left we start rushing play because that’s what everybody does when there’s five minutes left on a clock and you’re smacking golf balls. Lo and behold here comes Xai to kill the fun yet again claiming we can’t do that. Seriously, the spots great, the food‘s good, play is fun. All I can do is recommend don’t ever settle for being placed in XAI’s area. I don’t know if she’s new or whatever but the reality is it’s not worth going somewhere to have fun and having it be absolutely miserable because the weight staff.
