I waited in line for over 30 minutes to order because the staff was just standing around talking instead of taking initiative to help. There was only one person fulfilling orders and the rest of the front of house stood around doing nothing. Even the one person working had no sense of urgency and took way longer than necessary to do what they were doing. I think this place is way overstaffed with lazy workers and a change needs to be made.
- TDThomas DoxeyMay 10, 20261.0They were blasting their stupid Boise speaker so loud that the worker couldn’t even hear me and I asked for Al pastor meat that was on the menu and he looked at me like I was an idiot or that he could hear me so I asked for Al pastor meat again and then he was like we don’t have it. The store was a disaster and the employees gave horrible customer service. Thank you for have a product that is good, chipotles only saving grace.

I understand it’s better for the employees to leave early and balance their lives but they should change the time so people are showing up to be turned away. Maybe close at 9:30 so everyone can be home when they want to be.
