- JJJames Jones2 days ago1.0I go to chipotle 3-4 times a week and the portions at this one are consistently half as large and anywhere else in Utah valley. If you want chipotle visit literally any location but this one.

- COCooper OppJun 29, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this location for years, and they used to be so great with the portion sizes and they never messed up my to-go orders. They must have completely changed the staff or something, but the portion sizes have dropped significantly and they’ve messed up my to-go orders a lot lately. Recently, I ordered a steak bowl with queso and they gave me a chicken bowl (see pictures for reference). I didn’t realize until I got home and opened up the bowl. They had me come back to the store to correct the order, on the phone they told me to bring the label and all would be good. They were upset that I didn’t bring the original order back and to make things right they gave me a free fountain drink. No refund, nothing. Will be going to a different location here on out.

Every scoop of cheese, lettuce, or corn came with a "Is that enough?" after adding the tiniest pinch imaginable. Come on, give me a normal serving. On top of that, the soda and ice machines were completely broken, and nobody mentioned at all. If key parts of the meal aren't available, customers should be told upfront.
