  My hope for the people of Utah is that this is the worst McDonald’s in the state. It boasts a pervading stench of dirty mop water, and an atmosphere of constant yelling between employees because their com systems apparently don’t work. Car after car pulled in, ordered, got their food and left before my cold burger and fries were brought, so it’s clear dine-in customers are second class. Plenty of fast food options nearby.

  What's the point of curbside if I have to get out of the car and get my food at the counter either way? I visited vernal for 2 days, both days when for an iced coffee, waited for more than 5 minutes and nobody came out, had to get it at the front, both days.

  i literally got a bacon qtr cheese and got everything BUT the bacon. like what was the point of buying for extra if i didnt even get it.

  If I could I would give less than 1 star on service. For some reason for months my wife has kept going there trying to get an ice caramel coffee. Its something she enjoys doing and is something McDonald's should be able to provide pretty easily. Instead the employees have taken to making up any lie they can in order to refuse to make an iced Caramel coffee. She's resorted to ordering a Caramel coffee and a cup of ice something they can magically easily provide. Except when directly asked is this caramel coffee the respond with yes when its actually cream in the coffee. If you hate your job so much you wont do it right find a different job.
