Their phone is down, but when we went in person, they remade us the pizza and refunded the delivery cost. They even gave us complimentary lava cakes for the trouble, the customer service is really good.

Every time we have tried to place a delivery order through the website or door dash our order is declined or they have issues processing the order. We have tried calling to place an order on multiple occasions without success as the employees never answer their phone. When we have gone in and placed an order the staff isn’t very polite and we are stuck waiting for 30+ minutes. Overall the food is good but this location in particular isn’t.

We have also tried calling more than 6 times, Only for employees to not awnser. Even while waiting up to 10+ minutes. We really enjoy the food. But we can only say that because we have to go there to get it and wait 15-30 minutes. The quality of food is always good and constant. But from our experience there is no delivery despite what the web site and door dash claims.
