  The food was cold and not freshly prepared. The staff was not properly trained at the point of sale. No lids for the cups, when I asked one of the staff for a lid they couldn't understand me because of a huge language barrier. I speak English. This is the second bad experience I have had recently at this restaurant. I won't be back for a while.

  Longest wait for fast food on quite some time. Food didn't appear fresh and request for no sauce was not met.

  Just got 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. The chicken was over cooked and buns must have been a week old. These guys need to do better.

  This location constantly, consistently fails to get orders right. Forgotten or mixed up items, terrible food quality, terrible food quantities. Genuinely one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had in my entire life.

  Ordered my food with almost nobody in the restaurant. Preceded to wait over an hour to get my food while watching the 15 people that came in after get their food first. The staff looked like deer in the headlights and didn’t know what to do. Staff need retraining at best. Would give 0 stars if possible.
