  Tooele is growing at a insane rate now and I’ve noticed the customer service isn’t the same as when I first moved here, my morning was hectic and we were in the emergency room this morning so went here for something fast and more heathy then McDonald’s, my toddler loves coming in a coloring and this morning had the best experience with the GM she’s was the sweetest and made my week, small town that aren’t so small anymore need employees like her, thank so much for changing me day around!

  I came here equipped with a generous coupon. Made this $15 meal into $5. I never thought an avocado and spinach smoothie could taste so good. Thanks, Hana (or whoever wrote on my cup). You're awesome too. This is a place for people who want a quick nutritional meal and think that $15 is reasonable. The servers are enthusiastic, many smiles, and the food, a chicken club minus tomato, was delivered promptly. Made me realize why romaine lettuce is preferable over iceberg. Honestly a reasonable portion size for the average person. Music wasn't too loud nor an unpleasant selection. Chairs and stools are the metal variety made for average posteriors. Designed to encourage brief stays. This doesn't seem designed as a hangout. The time it takes to write this review seems to be the designed time limit as I'm starting to feel the discomfort. Most people seem to take their meal togo anyway. The only criticism I might have is how the chipotle sauce seemed to be most concentrated in the first bite (the bite in the picture). This also made me wish for more than one napkin. I didn't feel like this was enough to take away a star. Thank you for making my first impression with TSC a good one.

  First time stopping by here. Extremely busy, hard to hear the cashier/server on this particular day. Service was decent given being so busy. Atmosphere was good thought music was a bit too loud. I got the Pomegranate plunge with a pump of probiotic, my husband got the Mango Monsoon with a pump of energizer and multivitamin. Both are thick smoothies full of rich flavors. They are quite delicious.

  I recently came into tropical smoothie and it was my first visit. The first thing i noticed while ordering was an employee named Katelynn being very unprofessional. She had a bad attitude towards other employees and was very bossy towards them as well and i would see her giving them dirty looks. I was not impressed by this behavior and I will not be returning.

  Addie is an amazing employee who truly makes the smoothie shop a better place. She’s always friendly, upbeat, and welcoming to every customer who walks in. Her positive attitude stands out, and she goes out of her way to make sure everyone has a great experience. She works quickly and efficiently, even when it’s busy, and always keeps a smile on her face. Addie is also very knowledgeable about the menu and gives great recommendations. You can tell she really cares about her job and the people she serves. Overall, Addie is hardworking, reliable, and a joy to be around. She’s definitely one of the reasons I’d keep coming back!
