  Chicken and mozzarella sticks extremely greasy.Fries not fresh.Hardly any sauce.Got Chicken Cordon Bleu and couldn't taste mustard or mayo. Very chintzy on any sauce last 2 times my husband has ordered from there.This was at Grantsville location. No napkins.

  I just got home from the Tooele Arbys location and I couldn't appreciate their employees more than anything rn. I had a fairly big sized order but when my card declined it got me flustered and embarrassed because it's just been a really rough week, and I was on my last straw. But the 2 amazing ladies on shift rn could tell, and immediately began to reassure me that its okay and it happens. It may not seem like much but when you're emotional and someone actually stops to make eye contact with you and tell you that its all good and that these things happen, it went a long way for me. I didn't think to ask their names but thank you 2 so much! 💜🖤 Such kind customer service.
