- KUKathia UribeApr 19, 20261.0Called in an order , told me it would take about 30mins. We showed up to the store 35 mins later and they said it would be an extra 15-20mins. So I asked why if I had called in my order for this specific reason to not have to wait long. The cashier replied with “well we didn't have chicken so if you want we can just cancel and refund you” we had waited long enough and waited. Another lady also waiting stood up and asked for her order since she had been waiting for almost an hour. Cashier told her the same thing “we didn't have chicken but you can cancel the order if you want”. Thats horrible costumer service. Thats not caring for your clients who are keeping your business going. If you guys had a big take order that made you use all the chicken why not offer chips and salsa ? A tamale ? A free drink? A discount on our order ? A discounted dessert ? An apology for the inconvenience at least! Something to make our waiting time worth it at least instead of you saying “you can cancel if you want”.
- NHNick HowellApr 15, 20265.0Wow! I’m glad I found this place. First, I noticed they have won Best of State multiple times, so that’s a clue. Next, the restaurant is very clean. Now, the big winner, the food. It’s very fresh and tasty. I had a chicken burrito and it was amazing. The employees were awesome as well. Not sure why I haven’t checked this place out before, but am glad I did. I’ll be back. Give it a try.
