  The ladies working there seemed nice but the language barrier was real. They couldn’t take my order I was a couple minutes trying to order it and the lady went to the back asked someone else to start taking my order I tried to explain to her and after a couple minutes of pointing and grunting at pictures to try and explain what I wanted I left went out on the sidewalk and placed my order in the app. Physically had to hand her my phone as she put in my order. Don’t believe me review the camera the order was at 4:45 on August 28th 2026, they didn’t give me a receipt…

  Corporate makes the phone system so wonky you can't even reach anyone. On top of that they leave the employees with no manager so when someone comes in with an issue they're no help, regardless of how much they wish they could help. I felt bad for these employees. Corporate and the manager on the other hand are awful.

  Ordered the pizza 2hrs ago, they delivered to the wrong address, said they’d fix it on the phone, after another hour we called customer service they transferred us to the store and dropped our call. Horrible service.

  They NEVER answer their phone!!! We were suppose to have a scheduled delivery for 6pm and now it’s 7pm. We now have to have someone drive to the location to figure this shit out!! I will NEVER EVER order from Pizza Hut again. I wish I could give zero stars
