  Went in this morning to grab a treat for work. The manager is such a condescending, unprofessional man. The way he talks to his employees is disheartening. He shouldn’t be running this location. If he is a franchiser, maybe consider who those are given to.

  Could you get any stingier with the schmeer? I was so looking forward to this, and I was so incredibly disappointed to see it when I got home. They have always been good in the past. This is not even close to edge to edge coverage, and it's already spread so thin that I can't even scape it over to cover the bare spots. What happened? I hope this is a one time mistake and not the new normal.

  Ordered bagels night before, they were not ready or wired in at all. Older gentleman working there was very rude towards young lady working as cashier and was throwing a tantrum. Atmosphere overall unpleasant

  It’s great place seems delicious, but no condiments ? We have to go to the chick fill a to go get some instead. Do better 2/5 stars for me

  We recently visited Einstein Bros. Bagels for the first time, and overall had a pretty good experience. The store itself appeared very clean and well maintained, and everything on display looked fresh and delicious—which definitely made us excited to try it. That said, as first-time customers, we felt a little unsure about how the ordering process worked and what to choose. While it’s not overly complicated, a bit more guidance or friendliness from staff in helping us navigate the menu would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming. The food itself was very good overall, and you can tell there are some great flavors there. Unfortunately, the breakfast sandwich we ordered was extremely peppery—so much so that it overpowered everything else and made it hard to enjoy the other flavors. We’d definitely be open to trying it again, especially since everything else seemed so promising. With a little more customer guidance and balance in seasoning, this could easily be a great go-to spot!
