Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I was chewing on it and got plastic and blue ink all over my teeth. I tried to resolve my issue in the app and was put on a 30 minute hold and then kicked out. Anybody have any idea what this wax paper stuff is? Update: the owner asked me to reach out directly and then provided a link to that same help line in the comment below. I have been on hold again for 30 minutes waiting for a generic agent.

Today I ordered a burrito bowl and it had my receipt/ label on the bag but in the bag was a completely different order that I couldn’t eat since it had food my stomach is sensitive to. I paid for a burrito bowl and chips and queso and the only thing that was correct was the little cup of queso, not chips in the bag and a wrong order. I’m trying to eat it right now and pick the food I can’t eat out and the rice is SEVERALLY under cooked. I would call and ask for a refund but I am unfortunately at work and on the clock. Do better.
