The food at The Bird is always delicious. We usually order the family meals for group gatherings, and they never disappoint. The caparones are always flavorful, and the chicken is consistently tender and never dry. We go all the time and recommend them often. We normally get our food to go, but during today’s pickup there was a noticeable swarm of flies in the lobby. The food and service are still top‑tier, but the atmosphere during this visit definitely took away from the experience.

I used to eat here all the time when I lived in the area and almost never had an issue. I came back while visiting town and had some of the worst service I've ever experienced. We called the order in advance, when we got there they had forgotten the order and had to start over making it. They treated us impolitely and awkwardly. No one seemed to know what they were doing. The girls there seemed grumpy and distracted. They kept giving us weird looks and helped a bunch of girls that seemed like their friends first. They didn't even give us the sauce we asked for and we had to ask again. Very disappointing and uncomfortable. The staff here definitely need some better training and more helpful management.

The bird is top tier food, the only thing better is Maddox in Perry UT. Their food is divine, it's such a great price and it is delicious. Every. Single. time. We eat there at least once a month!
