  These guys were absolutely killing it! They accidentally missed up the take out order but fixed it super fast and we're so polite about it! Food tasted fantastic, these guys definitely deserve a raise! Only negative I had was there was very light mushrooms on the pizza.

  I went with my family and we purchased two boxes of pizza. We waited in the parking lot for our pizzas to be done and we noticed a guy with his gf entering while carrying a black cat into the papa John’s. The guy went to help the employee going back and forth kissing the cat. Then the papa John’s employee noticed the cat and started petting and kissing the cat and went back to make our pizzas! We cancelled our order and got our money back. I called the employee about it and did not get an apology at all! She just said “yeah, sure ok”. Please do not go to this Papa John’s they are unsanitary and unprofessional!

  I'm actually really surprised that this location has a 3.3 rating and maybe they are old ratings I haven't really looked through them but I have been getting pizza from this location for the last 6 months and not even one time has it been not good... And I'm not a pizza person and especially not a fast food person but I do have three young boys who look forward to their weekend pizza night so I'll eat a slice of those every now and then and it's always surprisingly good and for me saying pizza is good that's pretty surprising LOL... It's always ready super fast always looks super good hot and reheats for the next day really nice as well.... My boys are young but they like to go in and get the pizza themselves and the chef in the back that hands them their Pizza-he is always super nice and makes it pleasant for them to walk in and get it as I watch.... I definitely give this location a 10 out of 10 which is why I have repeatedly gone back for the last 6 months and I hate to admit this but I don't repeatedly go anywhere consistently around here because unfortunately the quality with a lot of places has gone right down the drain .. but Papa John's has been on our weekly roster and I don't see that changing 😊

  These are pictures requested from the store. These are 2 of the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken pizza. One is a replacement since the 1st one had no pineapple. Unfortunately, the replacement also has no pineapple. It is listed as a local favorite, but more than half the time when we order it, it comes without the pineapple. This happens at 2 different locations. Sometimes I drive to the Roy location for this pizza, because they get it right more often. We usually have tomatoes added to part or the whole pizza though, so maybe that makes it confusing in their system. I will say this though, they didn't quit til they made it right & sent a 2nd replacement that was perfect. Thank you so much for your help.
