  First time going to a McDonald's in maybe 20 years or so. I went to the kiosk, ordered, and then was prompted to go to the front counter to pay. The workers looked at me but said nothing. After 5 minutes of being ignored, watching workers chat with each other instead of working, I left without getting my order. Now I remember why I don't go to McDonald's.

  The first time I've been to this location in a couple years and it is certainly my last. Made the decision to go through the drive thru aside from going inside (came in at the late evening so I wasnt sure the lobby was even open), and approached on the outside lane. I was the second to stop at the window in my "rush" and first in line at my lane. I waited for 5 cars in the other lane to process their orders while there wasn't a peep out of my lane. I spoke several times to see if there was any response or sign or someone working the lane. Once the 5th car passed the other side I pulled up to the window to order there. I explain plainly to the individual working the window what was happening. The mustachio'd older man argued back that the other person is busy making drinks. I reiterates FIVE cars passed before I decided to pull up, and how that's frustrating for people to watch everyone else be served before you and they will not recognize your existence. The man working the window decided to continue to argue with me. I tried moving onto my order, where the man half-listens to what I'm ordering, asking for specific flavors when I already told him, and he's saying it with a new, pissy attitude. Upon concluding ordering, the wait for the food was not long, but the food wound up being awful. How one can order 3 of the same item and have one come out overcooked, one perfect, and the other undercooked is beyond me. Genuinely awful experience and I am never coming back to this trashcan of a restaurant.

  Great playplace. Clean and has lots of seating and room for kids to run around.

  Worst absolute customer service at the drive thru. They get super impatient with you and seem to get irritated when asking questions.
