  Don’t tip in advance. I had seen on the app that my delivery was on its way. 15 minutes later, it still hadn’t arrived so I re-checked for updates. The app showed me that my pizza was now being delivered in San Francisco… A couple of states away. I checked my front porch to find that our pizza delivery had been dropped off on a chair and the door doorbell wasn’t even touched; I do have this on camera. It’s a good thing I was aware or our pizzas would’ve been cold and ruined. I suppose if I had held the tip until The pizzas were delivered, perhaps this would’ve turned out differently.

  Driver shows up without my full order doesn’t bother to call before delivery to let me know they have no pop and I’ll receive a $5 off my next order. Today go to use it and no credit. Asked for extra sauce didn’t get that either.

  Each “slice” you attempt to pick up breaks off at the crust. Won’t buy from this location again.

  They're always out of everything. I used my points to try to get some lunch and of course they were out of everything so they canceled the order and didn't even give me my points back. Just save yourself the time and frustration and go to united slice down the street.
