I USED to go here multiple times a week; even after dealing with their crap customer service, and sub par employees. They always refuse my coupons, they would charge me extra for changing the chicken on the chicken bacon ranch- annoying, but fine whatever I’ll pay the extra money. But now they are telling me that they can’t even swap the chicken at ALL. what happened to building our own subs? Subway my way? I think not. Absolute garbage people I will continue supporting OTHER locations & the franchise but this place should be shut down
- KMKenneth MautheFeb 16, 20261.0We got sandwiches, but not what, nor how we ordered them. Honestly I didn’t think subways could be bad, but that was really lousy all around. It was hot in the store, the employees seemed upset at each other and couldn’t follow basic directions. They also didn’t know their own menu items so I had to read the whole order off the menu and they still gave me the wrong size and missed toppings. Out of the four orders we got only one was mostly right. The rest were not what we asked for even after correcting them multiple times.
