  Ordered a pizza to be delivered for lunch, amazing service! Blake made and delivered my pizza. You can tell it was made with love and delivered with care! He had fantastic customer service and was very kind and quick. I will absolutely be ordering from here again, highly recommend. Give Blake a raise, he's awesome!

  Fantastic pizza, if not slightly overpriced, and great service, the young man was friendly and offered cups and napkins without request, i liked when he started playing rock music to make the pizzas, it was a relaxing vibe

  I enjoy Papa John’s pizza, and my family has ordered several times during the Toy Story promotion because my son is excited to collect the themed pizza boxes. Your website states that specific pizzas correspond to specific box designs, but on our last order we received duplicate boxes despite ordering two different pizzas. I wasn’t upset about the mistake—I simply wanted to call our local store before placing another order to confirm which boxes were available. I called another location first and was told the boxes were random. I then called the store we order from and was told it should be based on the pizza ordered, but to speak with the manager. When I called bac to connect to the manager, the manager hung up on me before I could explain my question. I called again, and the call was immediately disconnected a second time. My request was simple, and even if the promotional boxes were no longer available, I would have appreciated a polite explanation instead of having my calls disconnected. The issue isn’t the pizza—it’s the customer service, which was disappointing.

  I placed an order at 9:30 tonight for delivery, after 45 minutes my pizza hadn’t been delivered so i check the website to see if there was delays or something but the order had been picked up by doordash and it was showing that it was still going to take an hour to get to me. since i was originally going to just pay cash, i called the restaurant just to see what was going on or what i needed to do. the manager, spencer, was so nice and kind. he apologized and told me that they didn’t have any drivers in that night, and because it was a cash payment it might take longer to pick up. so i paid with card over the phone in hopes that it might get to me sooner. he then offered to remake our food, which again was so nice, but not necessary. things happen, i totally get it. well i still didn’t get my pizza until 11:30, (stupid doordash) but spencer was so awesome and went out of his way to make sure we still got our pizza! it was still hot, and he even threw in a brownie for us to make up for the inconvenience. all that to say that spencer, you are the best!! thank you so much.
